• Press the center button for 1 second to turn it on.
• The LED lights will flash and show the battery charge level.
• The LED lights will turn a solid color and show the vibration level.
• Press the + or - button to adjust the intensity of the vibration.
• Press the center button for 3 seconds to turn it off.
• Press and hold the + and - buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds to lock your F1S™ V2 and prevent you from inadvertently activating it.
