FEMINTIMATE DILATORS INTIMRELAX

INTIMRELAX is indicated to treat atrophic vaginitis, dyspareunia and, in general, vaginal contraction and penetration difficulties.

Allows you to exercise and progressively dilate the vaginal canal.

First of all, you have to apply a little water-based lubricant at the entrance of the vagina (the volume of a chestnut approximately) and gently massage for 2 or 3 minutes.

Next, take the smallest INTIMRELAX element. Apply equally to the lubricating tip in the same proportions.

Next, start pressing to introduce it into the vagina gently and progressively.

If dryness is noted, it is necessary to add lubricant.

You can continue exercising for 10 to 15 minutes making small to-and-fro movements. One session a day is enough.
